Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately items received outside of this period will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return:
- You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind, however we can cancel your order & provide you a store credit gift voucher.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@foreverbespoke.com.au If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.

- Forever Bespoke PTY LTD are not liable for any parcels that are delayed, damaged, lost or stolen during transit.
- All postage cost returns is covered by the customer directly.
- If a customer provides the incorrect postal address and does not inform us, unfortunately we won't be able to provide a store credit.
- Please double check your spelling & use of capital letters. Unfortunately we can not remake your product if you send us the mistake.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contacts us straight away via email support@foreverbespoke.com.au
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept the returns on the following
- Sale items
- Personalised items
- Custom orders
- Gift cards
- Shipping costs
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (As long as you have checked that you are eligible for an exchange or credit note), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved for a credit note. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded a store credit voucher. Please remember it can take up to 48 hours and it will be sent straight to your email. Credit notes do expire so please make sure you look at the expiry date.
